Van Driver / Processing Officer

Position Description: Collection of dogs and cats from the pound, hydrobathing, Behaviour assessing of dogs, transport between "shelter" and foster carers and vets. Computer skills preferred but not mandatory. RSPCA Van supplied, Drivers License Required (Automatic Vehicle). Flexibility with days but not with times on the day and generally required ad-hoc/on-call throughout the day 8am-5pm.
Position Location: Gladstone
Required Skills / Experience: transport animals to vet appointments and adoptions. You will also be required to pick up animals from the pound and take them to the Adoption Centre for processing. Some computer experience would be advantageous although not necessary. You will need to have a license, a good driving record, a sense of humour and of course not forgetting a love for animals.
