Friend of the Theatre (Ushering)

Position Description: As a volunteer you have the opportunity of meeting and interacting with people who have an interest in theatre and the performing arts, who wish to contribute in a non- financial way to the operation of the theatre. You also gain satisfaction from serving and volunteering your time for the community. In this position your tasks may include ushering guests to their seats during an event/performance. In addition, all volunteers are issued with a uniform.
Position Location: Gladstone
Required Skills / Experience: People skills, listening skills, patience, tolerance, flexibility and service dedication. Volunteers must also have the ability to receive and send emails.
Gained Skills / Experience: Dealing with people, two-way radio operation
