Position Description: To support, encourage and build relationships with young Mothers who are struggling with motherhood due to any number of a variety of reasons, including Post Natal Depression (PND), caring for children with disabilities, anxiety or depression, lack of family or social support network, lack of parental role model or just struggling to cope.
Position Location: Gladstone
Required Skills / Experience: Volunteer will need to be a mother over 24yrs of age who is caring, compassionate, and willing and able to make a six month commitment.
Gained Skills / Experience: You will learn how to be a successful mentor, listener and friend.
